A user proposing to discharge holding tank waste into a community sewer or treatment facility must secure a permit. Unless allowed by the Board under the terms and conditions of the permit, a separate permit must be secured for each separate discharge. If a permit is granted for discharge of the waste into a community sewer, the user shall pay the applicable user charges and fees, and shall meet other conditions as required by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
