§ 51.065 PREVENTION OF INJURIOUS SUBSTANCES IN SYSTEM.
   The Sewer Superintendent shall have the power to stop and prevent from discharging into the sanitary sewer system any substances which are discharged from any private sewer or drain, which are liable to injure the sewers or obstruct the flow of the sewage.
