§ 34.175 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.

(A) The city hereby establishes the Stellar Community Facades Renovation Project Fund to be used for planning and development within the designated Stellar Community Project Area.

(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit any and all monies received for project into said fund and shall use said fund for the Facades Renovation Project for the city.
