§ 34.165 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.
   (A)   The city hereby establishes the Stellar Community Donation Fund to be used for Stellar Community projects for the city.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit any and all monies received for donations to the Stellar Community projects into said fund and shall use said fund for the Stellar Community projects for the city.
