(A) Expenditures. There will be expenditures from this fund to provide equipment and supplies as designated by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security Fire Training Infrastructure Fund Grant Agreement by the Fire Department of the City of Bedford. Funds initially expended for purposes herein set forth by the Grant Agreement are subject to the approval of claims by the City of Bedford Board of Public Works and Safety as provided by law.
(B) Deposits. Monies deposited in this fund shall be only in the form of reimbursement from the State of Indiana for purchases made solely in compliance with the Indiana Department of Homeland Security Fire Training Infrastructure Fund Grant Agreement.
