§ 34.77 SOLICITATION OF DONATIONS.

The Fire Department may solicit donations from individuals, businesses, corporations, partnerships, labor unions, community service groups and charitable institutions to use in this fund and all monies so derived from these solicitations shall be deposited in the Fire Prevention Fund established by this subchapter.
