§ 34.65 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.
   (A)   A cash reserve fund is hereby created in the Bedford Sewer Utility.
   (B)   This cash reserve fund shall be carried on the records of the utility and contributions and transfers of surplus earnings may be made to the cash reserve fund.
