Moneys collected at a rate to be determined from time to time by the Park and Recreation Board from the providing of golf lessons at Otis Park shall be deposited from time to time (but not less than once each month) with the City Clerk-Treasurer who shall in turn deposit the same in the said special non-reverting capital operating fund.
