§ 34.11 ENTITLEMENT FUNDS.
   All moneys deposited in the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund which shall constitute “entitlement funds” as defined by the Federal Revenue Sharing Act shall be appropriated in the manner now provided by the laws of the state governing the appropriation of other revenues of the city. These moneys shall be used and expended exclusively for the purposes prescribed by the Federal Revenue Sharing Act, and all acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto, and in accordance with regulations adopted by the Department of the Treasury pursuant to this Act. None of the moneys remaining unexpended at the end of any fiscal year of the city shall revert to the General Fund.
