§ 33.60 DEFINITION.
   (A)   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   (B)   DISCIPLINARY ACTION. Action taken against an employee because of infractions of the code of conduct, as set out in § 33.12, or the rules, regulations, or policies of the city.
