§ 33.03 SAFETY STANDARDS.
   Pursuant to the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 as passed by the United States Congress and signed into law by the President of the United States, and in the best interests for the health and safety of the employees of the city and the general public, the Mayor is hereby charged with the responsibility to establish and promulgate policies and regulations for the implementation of a comprehensive safety policy for the city.
