§ 33.265 STATEMENT OF NEED.
   There are two primary reasons why the city has implemented a Hazard Communication Program (HCP). One, the employer must comply with the Federal OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 (general industry). Additionally, a Hazard Communication Program will assist the city in achieving our overall goal of a safer work place.
