The Common Council shall be composed of seven members, two of whom shall be elected at large. The five councilmanic districts are hereby numbered, defined, and described as follows.
(A) Councilmanic District No. 1. Councilmanic District No. 1 shall be composed of Shawswick Township Precincts 1A, 1B, 2 and 11, as established by the Board of Commissioners for the county by the ordinance adopted January 18, 1958, as amended.
(B) Councilmanic District No. 2. Councilmanic District No. 2 shall be composed of Shawswick Township Precincts 7B and 16 as established by the Board of Commissioners of the county by the ordinance adopted January 18, 1958, as amended.
(C) Councilmanic District No. 3. Councilmanic District No. 3 shall be composed of Shawswick Township Precincts 5A, 5B and 7A as established by the Board of Commissioners of the county by the ordinance adopted January 18, 1958, as amended.
(D) Councilmanic District No. 4. Councilmanic District No. 4 shall be composed of Shawswick Township Precincts 3, 4 and 6 as established by the Board of Commissioners of the county by ordinance adopted January 18, 1958, as amended.
(E) Councilmanic District No. 5. Councilmanic District No. 5 shall be composed of Shawswick Township Precincts 8, 9 and 10 as established by the Board of Commissioners of the county by the ordinance adopted January 18, 1958, as amended.
