§ 152.65 STEPS FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.

The procedure for review and approval of a subdivision or planned unit development plat shall consist of three separate steps, in sequence: an informal discussion meeting with the Plan Commission; preparation and submission of a preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision; and preparation and submission of a final plat of the subdivision.
