§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violations of any of the provisions of these regulations or failure to comply with any of its requirements shall constitute a misdemeanor. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. The land owner, tenant, subdivider, builder, public official, or any other person who commits, participates in, assists in, or maintains the violation may be found guilty of each separate offense. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the City Council or any other public official or private citizen from taking such lawful action as is necessary to restrain or prevent any violation of these regulations.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of these regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $300, and in addition, shall be expected to pay all costs and expenses involved in the case. Each day the violation continues, after due notification, shall constitute a separate offense.
