155.08 SUBMISSION OF BUDGET.

The Council Finance Committee shall, within a reasonable time after fully considering such budget requests, and the comments of the Mayor, Finance Director and Clerk-Treasurer, cause to be prepared and submitted to Council a recommended budget or appropriation for its consideration.
