152.02 MEMBERS; COMPENSATION.

The members of the Records Commission shall be the chief fiscal officer, the chief legal officer, a citizen appointed by the Mayor and the Clerk of Council who shall be the secretary of the Commission. The chief fiscal officer, chief legal officer and secretary shall serve without compensation. The citizen representative shall receive the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per month. The Commission may employ an archivist.
