SECTION 12.02.01. PROCEDURE FOR REFERENDUM.

   Within thirty (30) days after the final passage by the Council of an ordinance or resolution, a petition signed by such number of electors of the municipality as shall equal at least ten percent (10%) of the total votes cast in the last Bedford Heights Mayoral election may be submitted to the Clerk of Council requesting that such ordinance or resolution be repealed.
