SECTION 12.01.01. PROCEDURE FOR INITIATIVE.

An initiated ordinance or resolution may be submitted to the Clerk of Council by petition by such number of electors of the municipality as shall equal at least ten percent (10%) of the total votes cast in the last Bedford Heights Mayoral election.
