1302.05 ADMINISTRATION OF THE OHIO MECHANICAL CODE.

Administration and enforcement of the Ohio Mechanical Code for all structures within the City of Bedford Heights is the duty of the Building Commissioner and/or Building Official and his assistants and shall comply with the provisions of the Ohio Mechanical Code.
