1314.14 FEES.

   (a)   The Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the City before the review process begins. The City Engineer shall establish a fee schedule based upon the actual estimated cost for providing these services.

   (b)   On-Going Inspections, as required in Section 1314.14 shall be funded by the owner through a one-time fee, payable to the City at the time of the request for final inspection of the stonnwater management facilities. The fee shall be as follows:

   (c)   Dwelling House District, Apartment House District or Residential Open Space Conservation District$750 per lot, minimum of $3,750, maximum amount of $7,500.

   (d)   Retail Business District- $5,000.
