HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS, COMPACTORS, AND WATER HEATERS.
(a) New Systems - Heating. (1) One and two-family dwellings $75.00 (2) Apartments, motels and hotels: A. Central heating system 100.00 B. Individual heating system, per unit 50.00 (3) Business, commercial and industrial: 100.00 per unit (b) Additions, Alterations and Replacements to Heating Units. (1) Single Family per unit 50.00 (2) Other than Single Family per unit 75.00 (3) Ductwork replacement, alteration or repair 50.00 (c) Hot Water Tank and Heater. (1) Whenever there is the replacement of a hot water tank and heater only, the following fee schedule shall apply: A. Replacement of domestic hot water tank $75.00 B. 50,000 up to 120,000 BTU/Hr. heat input 100.00 (2) Whenever the hot water tank and heater is replaced at the same time as one or more of the items listed in Sections 1329.07(b)(l) through (7) thereof, the fee schedule contained therein shall apply. (d) Individual and Partial Heating Units. (1) For each direct fuel unit heater, wall heater, space heater or ceiling suspended heater $ 50.00 per unit (2) For each water cooling tower 50.00 (3) For each power boiler (steam) 50.00 (4) For each conversion burner 35.00 (e) Compactors, New or Replacement. (1) Domestic units $25.00 (2) Compactors 75.00 (f) Air Conditioning, Residential (central type with duck work). (1) For each air conditioning unit up to three tons capacity $100.00 (2) Over three tons and up to ten tons capacity 150.00 (g) Air Conditioning, Industrial and Commercial. (1) For each air conditioning unit up to five tons capacity $100.00 (2) Over five tons and up to ten tons capacity 150.00 (3) Over ten tons and up to twenty-five tons capacity 175.00 (4) All over twenty-five tons capacity 200.00 (h) Individual Cooling. (1) For each summer air conditioning unit (in conjunction with warm water system) $35.00 (2) For each self-contained air conditioner (not involving duct work) 25.00 (i) Gas Piping.
