1305.01 ADOPTED.

   (a)   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all structures within the City of Bedford Heights, including permits and penalties, that certain electrical code known as the National Electrical Code, in the most current edition or update thereof including all additions, deletions and amendments made subsequent thereto, and the same are hereinafter incorporated herein as if fully set out at length save and except such portions as are hereinafter added, modified or deleted herein.

   (b)   The same are hereby intended to be adopted within the City in their most current edition or update including all additions, deletions and amendments made subsequent hereto and the same are incorporated herein as if fully set out at length.
