1303.01 APPLICATION OF STATE STANDARDS; CONFLICT.

   (a)   In addition to all the conditions and requirements of this Building Code, the requirements of the 2005 Ohio Building Code as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Division of Industrial Compliance, and as published in Division 4101:2 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) for all occupancies named in such Code, and all Building Code Rules and Regulations of the Ohio Board of Building Standards and all published building code requirements of the Division of Factory and Building Inspection of the Ohio Department of Industrial Compliance shall represent the minimum requirements for all buildings proposed to be constructed and erected in the City. Such requirements are hereby incorporated and made a part of the Building Code of the City as if the same were written into such Building Code in their entirety. In case of conflict between them, the OBC provisions shall prevail.

   (b)   The same are hereby intended to be adopted within the City in their most current edition or update including all additions, deletions and amendments made subsequent hereto, and the same are incorporated herein as if fully set out at length.
