1301.06 ADMINISTRATION OF RESIDENTIAL CODE OF OHIO.

Administration and enforcement of RCO, for all one, two and three-family dwellings is the duty of the Building Commissioner and his assistants and shall comply with the provisions of the RCO Chapter 1.
