955.02 EJECTION; REVOCATION OF PASSES AND PERMITS.

   (a)    Any resident of the City may apply for and receive for no fee an official identification card upon establishing this residency within the City. Any person using the facilities of any City playground or City recreational facility shall produce, upon request of any police officer, public official or resident of the City, a current residency identification card or immediately cease using such facilities. Failure to cease using such facilities upon request without the possession of a residency identification card shall constitute a trespass subjecting the individual to ejection from the playground or recreational facility in addition to the penalty provided in Section 955.99.

   (b)    Any person found violating any of the rules and regulations contained in Section 955.01 shall be subject to ejection from the park or recreation facility by City park or pool personnel and repeated violations shall be just cause for the revocation of any pass or permit previously issued to such person and shall constitute just cause for barring such individual from any City park or recreation facility. Such remedies shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 955.99.
