919.06 BILLING, PAYMENT AND SURCHARGES.

   The sewer charges levied and the rates established by Section 919.04 shall take effect immediately and are scheduled to be billed monthly in calendar year 2017 (said bills shall continue to be issued on a quarterly basis pending the commencement of monthly billing in calendar year 2017 with a minimum 0.333 MCF per month. Bills shall be payable within ten days after billing. Any premises making connection with the system after the beginning of any billing period shall be charged a per diem prorated amount based upon the monthly charge applicable, from the time such connection is made until the commencement of the next following billing period applicable to such premises.
