919.04 CHARGES.

   For the purposes provided in Section 919.02 there is hereby levied and charged upon each lot, parcel of land or premises having a connection with the sanitary sewage system or otherwise discharging sewage, industrial wastes, water and other liquids or solids, either directly or indirectly, into the system, sewer charges payable as provided by Council by ordinance. (See Ord. No. 2015-102 for 2016 thru 2018 sewer rates passed on 10/06/2015.)
