919.02 USE OF MONEYS.

The funds received from the collection of the rates and charges hereinafter provided for shall be deposited as received with the Director of Finance who shall keep the same in a separate fund designated "Sanitary Sewage Fund". Within the Sanitary Sewage Fund there shall be separate accounting for operations and maintenance, replacement and local capital cost. Moneys in such fund shall be used for the payment of the cost and expense of operation, maintenance, repair, management, enlargement of and replacement to, the sanitary sewage collection, treatment and disposal system.
