917.15 INVALIDITY AND SEPARABILITY.

Invalidity of any section, clause, sentence or provision in this chapter shall not affect the validity of any other section, clause, sentence or provision of this chapter or Chapter 918, Sanitary Sewer Use; Chapter 919, User Charge System; Chapter 920, Industrial Pretreatment; and Chapter 921, Sewer Construction.
