901.08 INSPECTION RATE AND PAYMENT.

   Each inspector appointed or employed as set forth in Sections 901.05 and 901.06 shall be paid upon the presentation of invoices showing the hours worked, the project or improvement inspected and the total amount due, at a rate of not less than three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) per hour nor more than the current rate established for electrical inspectors for the Building Division in the comprehensive pay ordinance of the City. The payments shall be made by the Clerk of Council upon the certification of the Engineer.
