901.05 EMPLOYMENT OF INSPECTORS.

The Engineer shall employ and appoint such inspectors as he deems necessary to carry out properly the provisions of this chapter. The inspectors shall be qualified persons who shall be employed as private contractors and shall not become employees of this Municipality. Each inspector shall be subject to the control and supervision of the Engineer and shall be responsible to him.
