737.02 STREET SALES RESTRICTED.

   No person shall sell, offer for sale, barter, exchange, give and/or deliver or transfer any goods, wares, merchandise, services or other articles of any kind or description upon the public streets, highways, alleys, thoroughfares, roads or avenues of the Municipality, except as allowed under Sections 737.03 and 737.04.
