533.14 OBSCENE OR PROFANE LANGUAGE.

(a) No person shall utter obscene or licentious language or profanely curse or swear, which by its very utterance or usage inflicts injury or tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
