157.24 PROTECTIVE CLOTHING.

(a) Those employees of the City for whom uniform allowances or work clothing and materials allowances are not provided in Sections 133.04, 135.14 or 137.09 shall be provided with inclement weather gear, including rain coats, jackets or boots suitable for performing work in the rain or snow when such employees are required to work out of doors.

(b) All of these items shall remain the property of the City and shall be for use only during the performance of City work.
