§ 33.053 INCORPORATION OF STATE LAW.
The provisions of Act No. 76 of the state’s General Assembly, not herein enumerated, shall, nevertheless, be incorporated as part of this subchapter by reference. If any sentence, clause, or section or part of this subchapter is, for any reason, found to be unconstitutional, illegal, or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality, or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, or sections, or parts of this subchapter. It is hereby declared as the intent of the borough that this subchapter would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal, or invalid sentence, clause, section, or any part thereof not been included herein.
