(A) Monuments of a type approved by the borough shall be set at the intersection of lines forming angles in the boundaries of the subdivision, at the intersection of street lines and set at all points where lines and curves intersect.
(B) Any monuments or markers that are removed must be replaced by a registered land surveyor at the expense of the person responsible for the removal.
