All subdivision or land development are to be provided with a complete sanitary sewer system connected to a public sanitary sewer system. A statement of approval from the engineer of the sewerage system to which it will be connected shall be submitted to the Borough Council. Where required, a Department of Environmental Protection planning module approval shall also be obtained for final plan approval.
