(A) All water systems shall be flood-proofed up to the regulatory flood elevation. The borough shall require the developer to provide water facilities to connect to the public water supply system where practical and shall prescribe the procedures to be followed by the developer in connecting to the system.
(B) All water facilities and connections shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the appropriate public water system provider.
