(A) All sanitary sewer systems shall be flood-proofed up to the regulatory flood elevation.
(B) (1) The borough may prescribe adequate methods for waste disposal.
(2) The borough shall require a developer to provide sewage facilities to connect to the public sewage system and shall prescribe the procedures to be followed by the developer in connecting to the system.
(3) All sewage facilities and connections shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the appropriate public sewage system provider.
