§ 153.022 MINOR SUBDIVISION PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Minor subdivision plans shall be initiated and submitted for review in the form of a final plan as specified in § 153.037 and shall be otherwise reviewed in accordance with the procedures and standards of § 153.023.
   (B)   Any additional subdivision of a tract from which a minor subdivision has already been formed shall be deemed to be a major subdivision and shall follow the procedure applying thereto.
