Whenever the Fire Prevention Officer observes an apparent or actual violation of a provision of this subchapter or ordinances relating to fire safety, the Fire Prevention Officer shall prepare a written notice of violation describing the condition or conditions deemed to be unsafe and specifying a time limit for the required corrections to be completed.
