§ 31.26 UNSAFE CONDITIONS.
   Whenever the Fire Prevention Officer shall find on any premises or in any structure hazardous or dangerous conditions as follows, the Fire Prevention Officer shall have the authority to order such conditions or materials to be corrected or removed:
   (A)   Dangerous conditions liable to cause or contribute to the spread of a fire;
   (B)   Conditions which interfere with the efficiency or operation of any fire protection or suppression equipment; and/or
   (C)   Obstructions which have the potential to interfere with the egress of occupants or the operation of the Fire Department in case of a fire.
