§ 31.24 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Fire Prevention Officer is authorized to enter the property, structure, or premises at any reasonable time to inspect. Prior to entering into an area not otherwise open to the general public, the Fire Prevention Officer shall make a reasonable effort to locate the owner or other person having charge or control of the structure or premises, present proper identification, and request entry.
