§ 31.20 OFFICE OF FIRE PREVENTION OFFICER CREATED.

The office of Fire Prevention Officer is hereby created in the borough; such officer to be appointed by the Council of the borough. The officer shall report to the Borough Manager, except on those matters which he or she is required by law to report directly to the Borough Council or to local or state police department(s).
