(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 92.001 to 92.006 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 92.001 to 92.006 continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(D) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 92.035 to 92.041 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 92.035 to 92.041 continues shall constitute a separate offense. The penalties provided by this section shall be cumulative with any and all other remedies provided in §§ 92.035 to 92.041. In addition, the borough may institute injunctive or other appropriate actions or proceedings at law or in equity for the enforcement of §§ 92.035 to 92.041.

Each day that a violation of §§ 92.055 to 92.070 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
