§ 92.064 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, owner, or lessee to permit any refrigerator, freezer, and/or other similar storage chest to be discarded, abandoned, or stored in any place or location without first completely removing any and all locking devices and/or doors.
   (B)   A nuisance is hereby also declared to be any other use of property or course of conduct, irrespective of actual trespass against others, that produces a material annoyance, inconvenience, discomfort, or hurt to the life, health, or well-being of the community. It shall be unlawful for any person, owner, or lessee to commit any nuisance as hereinabove defined within the borough.
