§ 92.021 REGULATIONS REGARDING GRASS CLIPPINGS.
   (A)   Unlawful actions.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly cause grass clippings, leaves, or other debris or waste produced in conjunction with yard maintenance or gardening to be deposited onto the sidewalks, streets, alleys, and public roads of the borough.
      (2)   A property owner is responsible to ensure that any persons who cut their grass or maintain their yard abide by this subchapter.
      (3)   Any grass, leaves, or other debris or waste which inadvertently is deposited onto the streets or alleys of the borough shall be removed within one hour.
   (B)   Exception. It shall not be an offense to deposit leaves onto a street or alley during the period of time designated by the borough for fall leaf pick-up, provided the leaves are placed in a neatly compacted manner along the curb or edge of the street or alley.
