(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) (1) Any person who violates any “handicapped” related provision of §§ 71.01 to 71.06 and fails to pay the fine set forth in § 71.05(B) within 48 hours of the violation, shall be cited and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $200 plus costs. (2) Any person who violates any “non-handicapped” related provision of §§ 71.01 to 71.06 and who fails to pay the fine set forth in § 71.05(B) within 48 hours of the violation, shall be cited and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 plus costs. (C) (1) Any person who violates any “handicapped” related provision of §§ 71.20 to 71.25 and fails to pay the fine set forth in § 71.24(B) within 48 hours of the violation, shall be cited and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $200 plus costs. (2) Any person who violates any “non-handicapped” related provision of §§ 71.20 to 71.25 and who fails to pay the fine set forth in § 71.24(B) within 48 hours of the violation, shall be cited and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 plus costs. (D) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 71.40 to 71.47 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of $50 together with all costs of disposing of the vehicle under provisions of the Vehicle Code, 75 P.S. §§ 7301 et seq. (1977), as hereafter amended, supplemented, modified, or reenacted by the state’s General Assembly. (Prior Code, Ch. 15, Pt. 6, § 608)
