§ 71.01 VEHICLES TO BE PARKED WITHIN MARKED SPACES.
   (A)   Wherever a space is marked off on any street, avenue, drive, lane, road, or way for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this subchapter for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise.
   (B)   All vehicles parked on any street, avenue, drive, lane, road, or way, whether parking spaces are marked or not, shall be parked only in the direction of the permitted traffic flow for that side of the street, avenue, drive, lane, road, or way, and it shall be a violation of this subchapter for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise. This shall not apply to the southern side of Penn Street between West Street and Limestone Avenue where perpendicular parking is permitted.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle at any time: which in any way will block the intersection of any street, avenue, drive, lane, road, or way or the entrance or exit of any street, avenue, drive, lane, road, or way; within the painted line area adjacent to any fire hydrant or within 15 feet of any fire hydrant if no painted line area exists, whichever is greater; within the painted line area marking the permissible distance to park from any intersection; in any area where erected signs or painted lines indicate a “No Parking” area; which in any way will block any public sidewalk, private or public driveway, or access way to a parking lot, parking facility, or other facility of the borough and it shall be a violation of this subchapter for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked in any manner herein described.
